The absolute worst agency around! The care taker Jamie was the worst and after my sister spoke with the owner Mrs. Henderson I saw why Jamie was not a good caretaker. You are only as good as your leader. Jamie parked in a parking spot the was clearly marked 24 hr towing. She she was towed she blamed my nephew that is quadriplegic. She quit that very night and agency did not send a replacement! My sister had to drive 2 hours to my nephew and the agency has yet to call her.
