My now fiancé purchased my engagement ring here about a week ago and we are both absolutely in LOVE with it!! We had been shopping since December of last year and went to a few of the big box places-all of which were terrible experiences. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR JEWELRY. The sales associate nicked my fiancées engagement ring when they offered to clean it. Two visible, deep scratches are on the band that were not there to begin with (luckily we took engagement photos several days before and can prove the damage). Maybe they are more comfortable with lower karat gold, but I would highly advise against letting their sales associates handle anything of value.

Absolutely fantastic! Wonderful customer service and a great selection of antiques. I found an antique wedding ring to compliment my.antique engagement ring both from 1920's. Such a pleasure shopping here!

I sold the gold and silver jewelry that has been sitting in my drawers after my great aunt's passing to Bill at Andrew's Jewelers and he gave me more money than I thought they worth! He was extremely honest and fair with his pricing and the whole experience was very pleasant and easy. (Thank goodness). If you have any unused jewelry I would absolutely recommend selling to Andrew's Jewelers!
