My now fiancé purchased my engagement ring here about a week ago and we are both absolutely in LOVE with it!! We had been shopping since December of last year and went to a few of the big box places-all of which were terrible experiences. From now on this will always be my first stop! Bill worked with me to create a beautiful, one of a kind, custom ring. I came in with my stone, he listened carefully to my vision and together we designed the ring. First he showed me a digital rendering for my comments and approval, then made a wax model so I could see the size and scale and days later I was presented with a ring that was exceeded my expectations! Absolutely fantastic! Wonderful customer service and a great selection of antiques. I found an antique wedding ring to compliment my.antique engagement ring both from 1920's. Such a pleasure shopping here!

DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR JEWELRY. The sales associate nicked my fiancées engagement ring when they offered to clean it. Two visible, deep scratches are on the band that were not there to begin with (luckily we took engagement photos several days before and can prove the damage). Maybe they are more comfortable with lower karat gold, but I would highly advise against letting their sales associates handle anything of value.
