Very nice anime figure store alongside Manga and Light Novel Prices are very correct and not overpriced Will totally come back for my Gundam! We came in only to visit and took a gashapon on the way out! See you later!
It had such great customer service. The worker there was so sweet and was even a K-pop fan like me. They had things that I’ve been wanting. I can’t wait till they get Skzoos. I’ll definitely come back. I added a photo of what I got. All was in good condition and pricing was what I expected.
This place is jammed pack with merchandise, but it's all very well organized so it's not a challenge to find what you're interested in. The staff was friendly and chill. Prices were on par with other places and online. I like the atmosphere they have, somehow being jammed pack but not overcrowded.
Very pleasant experience earlier today, as I always have when going here. The staff is friendly, and my man went into the void for 4 and a half minutes to search for a non-existent support piece for a figure I wanted to look at. When I decided I wanted it, he then went back to the void for 2 more minutes to grab it for me. Exemplary customer service, I rate this joint 6 armored cores out of 6.
Wonderful product selection, almost overwhelming amount of figures, statues, and other products. Not so much on customer service. Was scouting the recast statues by the counter, ready to get a couple of them, and not once did an associate offer assistance.
