Kate is amazing and so knowledgeable both with Muscle Activation Therapy (MAT) and personal training! Not only have I have seen a significant improvement in my SI joint pain with MAT, but I have also become stronger and more agile with Kate’s personal training sessions and motivation. I highly recommend Apex Dunwoody! Kate is simply the best!
