Kate is amazing and so knowledgeable both with Muscle Activation Therapy (MAT) and personal training! Not only have I have seen a significant improvement in my SI joint pain with MAT, but I have also become stronger and more agile with Kate’s personal training sessions and motivation. For pain relief there could not be anyone better than Kate. I had a hip replacement and the pain was tremendous until I met Kate. After the hip was out of pain, we proceeded to many other areas of my body. I’m very grateful to Kate for her help. She’s really amazing!!!
