Kate is amazing and so knowledgeable both with Muscle Activation Therapy (MAT) and personal training! Not only have I have seen a significant improvement in my SI joint pain with MAT, but I have also become stronger and more agile with Kate’s personal training sessions and motivation. I highly recommend Apex Dunwoody! Kate is simply the best!

I was referred to Kate and MAT by a friends’ very hearty endorsement. Kate’s breadth of knowledge, expertise, professionalism and care exceeded all my expectations. Muscle activation therapy was new to me and Kate made me feel amazing! She is a brilliant and experienced healer and I always feel better after my treatments. Very gentle, kind, & compassionate. Highly recommend!
For pain relief there could not be anyone better than Kate. I had a hip replacement and the pain was tremendous until I met Kate. After the hip was out of pain, we proceeded to many other areas of my body. I’m very grateful to Kate for her help. She’s really amazing!!!
