My Experience was satisfactory from front office to treatment. My only complaint was the wait time. I was in pain and front office advised my son not to give me Advil but wait for Dr to prescribe. The Dr and nurse were professional and pleasant. My problem was addressed and treated.

The nurse was incredible when I'd broken my ankle. The doctor was quite abrupt, but that generally doesn't bother me, especially since most of my time was with the nurse. I am having trouble getting ahold of my records from my visit for an insurance claim and keep getting placed on an endless hold.

I've been here 2 times and I had a great experience both times. The staff is very friendly, making you feel comfortable and the Dr.'s are very helpful and get to the bottom of the illness. It's also quick and accurate. I'm very thankful for this urgent care center. I will go again and recommend to others.
