RecommendedToday my 4yr old decided to stick a little tiny toy in her nose and it got stuck. I was in level 1000 panic mode and decided to go to Apex because it was close to my house. The staff Zelda and Alyssa were both so nice and got us in very quickly. I was a little nervous the doctor wouldn’t be able to get the toy out because it was too far back. Dr A came in and he was very nice, calm and great with kids. He was able to get the toy out and I am so thankful! I will definitely recommend going to Apex for all small emergencies

I went with my son and he had a very good experience. I went back when I was in distress and it was so helpful. Quick service, great staff, and thorough doctor and nurses. Very good and caring doctors!

I’m so glad we have an Apex urgent care close by. They probably think I’m an accident waiting to happen considering I’ve gone there for a broken foot and now nearly cutting my finger off and having to get it stitched back together. I’ve gotten good quality professional healthcare there.

My 2nd visit & both were exceptional! The wait time was minimal & the staff friendly & very knowledgeable. They also treat us veterans really well & try to educate you on VA vs your primary care insurer.
People go to a doctor for care. I received excellent care, in a timely fashion, from walking in the door, until the end on my visit! Highly recommend. Do not visit an emergency room for minor issues. Visit Apex Urgent Care in Richmond!!
