Excellent bike shop! They are honest and do excellent work. They treat you like they would want to be treated and don’t try to sell you on parts you don’t need just yet. It is so refreshing to be able to go into a bike shop and can totally trust them in their diagnosis and repairs. Also, if you need a bike fit, which we all do, Josh is phenomenal! Stumbled on Bell Lap cycle works earlier. A brief introduction for a brake adjustment on my 20 year old Trek MTB with Josh and Hugo - In and out in five minutes and no charge!!! A definite five star in my books, heading back soon to support these guys! WOW - what a lucky find.
An excellent shop. Hugo and Jason are fantastic to work with and provide super customer service. I ordered a Giant Trance X Advanced Elite Plus EL 1 eMTB on July 15 and picked it up a week later ready to roll. They communicated with me thru out the purchase process. If you’re looking for any Giant bike. They are the dealer of choice. 10 out of 10.
I can’t say enough great things about this bike shop!! I took my bike in to replace the tube, due to air pump issues. Turns out, I needed a new air pump and not a new tire tube. Hugo was so patient and knowledgeable— he always takes his time explaining things to me. He answers all my questions as I prepare for my first Triathlon. The Bike fit was so dialed the IRS called me and said I don’t owe anything this year, my scoliosis resolved itself and my wife proposed to be even though we’re already married. Hugo and Josh are very welcoming guys and hope they’re around to service my bottom bracket for years to come.
