Excellent bike shop! They are honest and do excellent work. They treat you like they would want to be treated and don’t try to sell you on parts you don’t need just yet. It is so refreshing to be able to go into a bike shop and can totally trust them in their diagnosis and repairs. Also, if you need a bike fit, which we all do, Josh is phenomenal! I can’t say enough great things about this bike shop!! I took my bike in to replace the tube, due to air pump issues. Turns out, I needed a new air pump and not a new tire tube. Hugo was so patient and knowledgeable— he always takes his time explaining things to me. He answers all my questions as I prepare for my first Triathlon. AND…I purchased green spoke accessories from Amazon and wasn’t sure how they would look. Instead of just showing me how to put them on, Hugo did all of them (see pic). These guys are friendly and are always willing to help. They typically stop whatever they are doing and give you their full attention. Josh even stopped on the side of the bike trail in Umstead several years ago (before I knew him) and fixed my bike so I could make it back home. I highly recommend them.
The Bike fit was so dialed the IRS called me and said I don’t owe anything this year, my scoliosis resolved itself and my wife proposed to be even though we’re already married. Hugo and Josh are very welcoming guys and hope they’re around to service my bottom bracket for years to come.
Josh and Hugo, where to even begin with these guys.. Customer service is always great! Very knowledgeable and will give options. Josh and his fit process is top notch by use of technology and asking how things feel then as time goes on he has his notes to revisit and make adjustments. Turn around time is superb too. Stop in and see these guys, you won’t regret it. Appreciate y’all!
