Excellent bike shop! They are honest and do excellent work. They treat you like they would want to be treated and don’t try to sell you on parts you don’t need just yet. It is so refreshing to be able to go into a bike shop and can totally trust them in their diagnosis and repairs. Also, if you need a bike fit, which we all do, Josh is phenomenal! TLDR: Amazing shop, extremely professional, super nice owners, actually qualified to do dynamic bike fits, customer first mentality. Long version: I was in the market of upgrading my starter road bike. I had 4 options that I was looking at with a specific out the door budget price. At the appointment we used the adjustable bike to find out what frame worked best for me and tinkered with different bars. An excellent shop. Hugo and Jason are fantastic to work with and provide super customer service. I ordered a Giant Trance X Advanced Elite Plus EL 1 eMTB on July 15 and picked it up a week later ready to roll. They communicated with me thru out the purchase process. If you’re looking for any Giant bike. They are the dealer of choice. 10 out of 10.
Stumbled on Bell Lap cycle works earlier. A brief introduction for a brake adjustment on my 20 year old Trek MTB with Josh and Hugo - In and out in five minutes and no charge!!! A definite five star in my books, heading back soon to support these guys! WOW - what a lucky find.
The three owners of the shop were incredibly welcoming when I arrived for my bike fit consultation and subsequent bike fit. Super professional and knowledgeable.
