Loredona was amazing! The Bella Casa had a large selection to choose from! Very good quality at a reasonable price! She let us take home some tile samples of colors, sizes and designs which was very helpful to us in picking the right tile for our renovation.
This company has been stringing us along since early March! They guaranteed 7-10 days for tile arrival. Still nothing first week in April. Every time we call. They say the same thing, the supplier is very busy. We are all busy, take a minute and find our where our tile is. You have a lot of our money and we have NO TILE! Make sure the tile is in stock or they have the ability to ship now before you give them any money! Still waiting!
We purchased tile a few years ago and I still think back about their customer service. It was a different experience that I had with another local tile shop. It was extremely refreshing. I recommend them when ever I hear someone starting a tile project and any renovations in my home I will be going straight to Bella Casa.
I had a great experience with Lori well picking out my tile! She is very knowledgeable and is great at figuring out the vibe for each room that we picked together! I would highly recommend Lori to help customize Any room in your home!!!
Antonio is the best guy for all your tile needs. Amazing show room amazing knowledge and a pleasure to work with. Also very fair pricing as a builder I know what I’m looking for and this guy has it to a T! Probably the best Tile Guy I’ve ever met. Bella Casa is 30 minutes from my house and still worth it every time as I know I’m getting a good quality product at a quality price that myself and customers will be very happy with.
