This company was professional from the beginning to the end. Our air conditioning went out on one of the hottest days of the year at around 11:00 at night. The after-hours operator was as friendly and understanding as could be and the technician Caleb Hamby called us immediately. He was at our house within 20 minutes from the call and worked diligently until 1 a.m. in the morning to put a new blower and thermostat in for us. I would recommend this company and this young gentleman who was so courteous to anyone.

Just used them for the first time a couple days ago to install an ac u it and man was I impressed! They were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. They came we’re very prompt in getting me an appointment. They did excellent work. But my blower went out and caused the unit to freeze up. I called them and they were there the same day to fix it, and while there installed me a new thermostat that was more simple to use than the programmable one I had... I will most definitely use them again if I ever need any work done and will refer them to anyone needing the kind of services they offer. I you need heating or air work done you should definitely give them a call you will not be disappointed I guarantee it. In all honesty there’s not one thing I can complain about, about them or their work. They were that good which is why I gave them 5 stars even though they deserve more. Just wanted to thank BJ’s for fixing my heat pump! I had an electrical issue back in December and they came out and fixed it quickly and inexpensively. Last week we had a mechanical issue and they came out today and fixed a leak. My AC is running smoothly and once again they did a great job! Highly recommended!!!
