I had to have two air conditioner units replaced and this during the intense heat. They had to replace them one at a time because of parts. But once the different parts came in, they were quick to come out. About a month to get them both up and running. Nice. But when I called to say the screw on the drawer to the air filter was so tight, I couldn't budge it, he came out the next day and loosed it, That was customer service excellently.

I discovered a problem after hours on Thursday and called to leave a message. Shane and his father were at my door by 9am on Friday to provide service. This is what I call above and beyond service, and I will be using them for all my future Heating and Air Conditioning issues. Trust is a big thing with me, and they have earned that trust.
