12 year old roof needed replacing after a series of windy thunderstorms. Worked with a different (and highly rated) roofer. We agreed on an estimate. 3 months later (and 3 broken appointments later), I contacted Bluebird Roofing on a Thursday. They came out later that day, we agreed on a price, and they started work 3 days later on Monday. By Tuesday evening, I had a brand new roof covered by insurance. I didn't pay a dime. Highly recommend!
Our new roof and gutters look great and the work was done so quickly we were never affected by it. All completed while we were at work!
My contact was fabulous. I told him quickly that I have a brain injury and would not likely be able to give him correct information he needed. - in less than 2 beats, he asked for my mortgagers phone number and he did every bit of the "legwork" to get to insurer and get the claim pushed through. We recently contacted Justin and his team at Bluebird Construction in Mt. Juliet after a severe hail storm. There was visible damage to the siding and we were concerned that there was other damage as well. We called Bluebird and someone came out the next day and thoroughly examined the house. After the inspection came back that the roof was also damaged, we contacted our insurance company and filed a claim. Our roof was damaged in a storm in December of last year. Bluebird replaced and upgrade our roof. The work was done quickly, which was important to prevent water damage where a large section of shingles were missing. They were also able to work with our insurance company, and we were not billed for our portion until the final insurance payment was made.
