Rear window was not tinted correctly on 2019 Audi A6. Technician tinted around third brake light, rather than removing plastic enclosure and tinting complete rear window. When I called to address the issue after comparing to many other vehicles exactly like mine (with complete tint on rear windows), I was told by manager that this was normal, and that if I wanted that area tinted they would have to remove headliner and charge an additional $199 for just the rear window. I am super happy that I took my Tesla Model S to these guys after I was told by a “Tesla Certified Body Shop” that the dent on my car was going to take up to two possibly three months to repair! 😲😲😲. Absolutely amazing experience. Polite, professional, courteous, knowledgeable staff. They had to re-apply tint on one of my windows after they installed it and found a crease, they stayed late to make sure it was done right and make sure I was happy with the quality and final product.
These people are awesome! Can’t believe they were able to get that to look so good! Highly recommend this place! Thank you for making my truck look normal again!
