excellent staff I would have to say that the staff at Ace hardware is the most helpful staff I've ever seen at a hardware store. Most of the sales staff are very knowledgable but all are extremly polite and willing to find anything you need in the store. The product selection is above average too. Their prices are not the best but I will gladly pay the extra money for the great service and the convenience of a neighborhood store.

They often carry what the big box stores don't, and give you great personalized service as well. The store is small, but well-stocked and organized. If they don't have what you're looking for, often they'll call another store to see if they have it.
