It was a first floor laundry / mud room on a concrete slab. They tore off the two layers of flooring already there, skim coated the concrete, laid down the new vinyl flooring and installed baseboard molding. Two installers came when they said they would come, were courteous and professional and finished before the day was over, cleaning up before they left. Home Depot measuring and the local store had so many issues before our install. The CFI manager worked with me and the store to get everything fixed. This took 2 weeks and we needed to be completed so we could move in. She and her installers worked over the holiday to ensure we had floors. I could not be more pleased. The installers were nice, as a female, I felt comfortable around them. They were easy to communicate with and answered any questions.
