They did a great job, and our Project Manager, Patrick, was very communicative and helpful. Would absolutely recommend. Note that they are no longer BBB certified (we couldn't find them on the BBB website and they said they had just stopped paying for it), but we had no problems at all.
Working with Alex and his wonderful crew was painless and surprisingly easy to get my projects completed. Alex anticipated any possible issues and was able to get everything completed within a day. The team cleaned up after completing the work. I still have several more projects and will DEFINITELY use this group in all future projects. Never having filed a property damage claim, was dreading doing so for storm damage on roof. After meeting with Citadel representative (Max, very polite, outgoing and knowledgeable young man), this stress was alleviated. Max did damage inspection, helped me with filing claim, provided info to adjustor, brought shingle samples, and was here when roofing crew came. The guys did great work on my house even in the extreme heat. Very impressed with their hard work ethic and how it looks now. Only took two days even though it was almost 100 degrees outside.
Citadel is top notch. Led by Alex, they fought my insurance company for more than 3 months to get my roof replacement claim approved. Once they got approval, they promptly went to work. My roof was replaced in one day. The crew arrived on time, was very professional and respectful, and did a masterful job cleaning up. Alex is my hero and I highly recommend him and Citadel Contracting.!! You can't go wrong!!
