This is a cute and clean place with a lot of inventory. They have high quality, brand name items and we always find something new and exciting. The staff is very pleasant, informative, and work hard to get buys processed. We’ve loved coming here and will definitely be back! Special thanks to Daphne who made our experience a 10/10. 💖

A very frustrating experience. Don't be fooled, they say the buy "all day, every day" and no appointment necessary on the website. Call first to find out the rules, but they don't answer the phone, and slow to answer messages. There is nothing on the site about limits for size of bag of goods they will consider, nor a limit on the amount one customer can try to sell. Always seems hectic here, but they give you good prices for your clothes, or you can opt for store credit. One star lost because it can be up to three days before you get notified of your payout, depending on how busy they are, but they expect you to pick it up within 24 hours. I'm sure they have a good reason for this, because they have quite a large inventory.

I have been shopping here for over 10 years. Since the store moved, and I believe was purchased by someone new, I have found them to be difficult to work with. They have twice changed what containers/bags they allow the product to be brought in. I have also found 1 of the women to be incredibly rude, fawning over certain customers and treating others as if they aren’t good enough to shop in her store. I have sold to clothes mentor before and it's always been a fine experience - nothing good or bad to say. Most recently sold and items were declined because the sizes were "too big" for the store. I would recommend steering clear from this store because apparently they are only looking for certain "sized" customers and should be ashamed of themselves.
