Always seems hectic here, but they give you good prices for your clothes, or you can opt for store credit. One star lost because it can be up to three days before you get notified of your payout, depending on how busy they are, but they expect you to pick it up within 24 hours. I'm sure they have a good reason for this, because they have quite a large inventory.

I have been shopping here for over 10 years. Since the store moved, and I believe was purchased by someone new, I have found them to be difficult to work with. They have twice changed what containers/bags they allow the product to be brought in. I have also found 1 of the women to be incredibly rude, fawning over certain customers and treating others as if they aren’t good enough to shop in her store. I absolutely adore Clothes Mentor! Every visit is a delightful experience. Carrie, the owner, has done an exceptional job in curating such a beautiful and organized store. The ambiance is inviting, and it’s evident that attention to detail is a top priority. The staff, especially Mitra, are incredibly friendly and attentive. I have sold to clothes mentor before and it's always been a fine experience - nothing good or bad to say. Most recently sold and items were declined because the sizes were "too big" for the store. I would recommend steering clear from this store because apparently they are only looking for certain "sized" customers and should be ashamed of themselves.
