We had a wild problem in a crawl space or really a "cave" that was causing bad leakage into our house during the 2022-23 winter rains. We weren't even sure what needed to be done, we had many different people come in and give us recommendations of what to do. During the unprecedented rains of the 2022–23 season, I got a crash course in hydrology when hundreds of gallons of water seeped from the saturated ground into the crawlspace under my house. Because of erosion under the house caused by the flooding, I searched for a foundation expert. After several false starts, a local realtor referred me to CXC in late summer.
