We had a great experience except they wanted the 30 percent that was not covered by my insurance after the visit was over. They didn't tell me that upfront. Thank God I had it in the bank.

I can't say enough good things about the Boiling Springs location!! From walking in to walking out it was under an hour. I brought my husband in after injuring his back at work and they were on sopt gettin him in a room and making sure he had pain medicine on board before he went to Xray which all took place within 15 min of walking in the door. Very quick service. In and out in no time. The Doctor was knowledgeable and pleasant.
The first time I came here I had been vomiting over and over. Non stop. They took me back quickly as they saw it was over and over. I was treated so kind and sweet. They got an IV started on me I was dehydrated. They checked on me a lot the entire time the bag of fluids was going. I was given some prescription medication to help it to stop. I can honestly say they were very good to me. I wonder if the bad reviews are on days different people/doctors are working I was blessed they were a great crue that evening
