Excellent communication, product was what was pictured. Fast free delivery and follow up. Thank you for making a difficult moment easier! Bench is beautiful also appreciate the scripture on the back. Only advice would be to ask before putting those on others memorial benches as they may not be so gracious with that choice. That was not listed as an option nor communicated that something like that would be inscribed on the back of our bench.
Buying experience could have been better. We received many incorrect parts, some boards were not pre drilled, arm rests were incorrect, the back sweetheart part was poorly routered, received no instructions, and the communication from Fifth Room was poor. Once we received everything needed to assemble, the process took longer than expected but we finally got the glider assembled. I bought a bridge 16’ long to replace my old, rotted one. I stained it a redwood color and it came out beautiful. (I tried a natural cedar color first but it looked really orange/yellow.) I had two friends put it together and they said it was made really well and looked like a lot of work went in to it. I live near Tahoe so I’m hoping it stands up to snow and rain. I’m very happy with it so far!
We love it. Easy to assemble. My ten year old granddaughter helped. Looks gorgeous.
