Just visited the Biltmore location for Fresh Start and I love it. It’s also great that they have 3 locations depending on where I am or my friends are. We can get VIP service with Dr Mari. I’ve been a client for 2+ yrs and I’m thrilled to pamper myself and lock in the membership price for my self care needs. I made an appointment with Brittany for Botox her and Laura were both there that day. Brittany was so kind and gently walked me through the process (since it was my first time). She was gentle, funny and it was a great experience. Laura gave me a facial and was there to check me in. She was so kind and also informative. On a Saturday, I called to inquire about the earliest availability for an appointment. The staff was really nice and helpful, and they were able to get me in same day. When I arrived for my appointment, the shop appeared closed and no one was there. I called the phone number on the door and the staff answered- I asked what was going on because I was here and no one else was. Biltmore location is amazing. Kaila was professional informative and easy to talk to. She knows about the products and had some very helpful tips for my maturing skin. I will definitely be back to get treatments from her.
