Very nice firm to work with. We worked with Tracy Britt, one of the paralegals in the firm for Mr. Goosmann. Tracy was always good at communication and emails back and forth, providing documents we requested in advance, etc. Closing went well today and on time, so we are ultimately happy with all the services provided. Used them for a few real estate closings. Knowledgeable and professional. Would be 5 stars but they charge $100 to send a wire - that's insane EDITED to respond to your comment - Based on what you are claiming, you should charge your clients more to cover the cost, as opposed to the other party that has no say in the matter.
