Called this location & spoke with Justin for vehicle inspections. They do not take appts, but he did make recommendations on times & to call to make sure the inspector was in for the day. Very helpful. Check in was super fast! The comfort of the waiting area was the best! I was able to work while I waited, so very happy about the internet service for sure. Amazing service! I came in early for my appointment and they still took me in. They were up front and honest about all the services they recommended I do and ones I should wait on. They loaned me their smart car while my car was getting fixed, which was an adventure in itself (marketing tip: whenever wives want to go on a Target shopping trip, husbands should go to Honest-1, get a smart car, and tell their wives to go to Target in that car. I used to take my car in to Toyota for general servicing until one time I couldn’t get an appointment and decided to try this place out. One visit was all it took to make me decide to switch. Honest-1 does excellent work, has transparent pricing, doesn’t try to upsell, and has the friendliest staff. I’ll be a loyal customer for life. I had a traumatic experience recently at another dealership and after going round and round for 2 days with the service department I called for a tow and had the vehicle moved to Honest 1.
