Amazing experience!!! Had some grinding sound coming from my brakes, thought they needed to be replaced. They checked them, showed them to me, everything was fine except some brake dust buildup so they popped em back on and sent me on my way. It's just nice knowing they were willing to show me everything and go over everything rather than just slap some new brakes and rotors on and charge me for something I didn't need. Thanks a bunch Honest 1 Auto Care team!
Guy sitting on front desk didn't greet and was rude. Tried to show him what I needed to be done and he was quick to shut me down. Maybe it's a service they don't provide but i could've received better service and attitude. Will not recommend ***Update to your response*** I was new customer that came in as walk in when this incident happened. The guy on the front desk didn't enter me in as a customer and told me that don't provided that service without looking at my car or the issue.
Called this location & spoke with Justin for vehicle inspections. They do not take appts, but he did make recommendations on times & to call to make sure the inspector was in for the day. Very helpful. Check in was super fast! The comfort of the waiting area was the best! I was able to work while I waited, so very happy about the internet service for sure. Booked a reservation for an Engine Check light issue. I needed to rebook it for the next day (got there 15 minutes early, but due to circumstances, needed to leave), and they were very understanding. Arrived 10 minutes after scheduled time the next day, but it was not an issue. Left my car, and got a ride home. Supposed to take 3 to 4 hours to diagnose (call to approve any repairs needed, but no call after 4 hours. Called them, and they hadn't gotten to it yet! Pros: Solid place to get work done. They’re very quick, efficient, and friendly. Didn’t experience any sort of upselling of service you don’t need that you would normally expect at another shop. Very classy. Tire rotation and oil change was pretty pricy at $105 (dealer cost is about $80), but the brake fluid flush was competitive at $112, so it evened out.
