Booked a reservation for an Engine Check light issue. I needed to rebook it for the next day (got there 15 minutes early, but due to circumstances, needed to leave), and they were very understanding. Arrived 10 minutes after scheduled time the next day, but it was not an issue. Left my car, and got a ride home. On my last visit, they said I needed new tires but I had just put a new tire on it (less than 2 weeks). It was explained to me that the tread was worn down and the tire needed to be replaced. I had the employee take me out to the tire and use his tread tool to verify this. The tread was showing an 11. Not a 4/5 as they stated. The photos they sent showing the "wear" on the tire also showed the production lines that were still on the tire and the arrows that were pointing at "issues." Called this location & spoke with Justin for vehicle inspections. They do not take appts, but he did make recommendations on times & to call to make sure the inspector was in for the day. Very helpful. Check in was super fast! The comfort of the waiting area was the best! I was able to work while I waited, so very happy about the internet service for sure. In my opinion, Honest - 1 Auto Care is anything but honest. The first thing I don’t like about them is they charge you a fee if you don’t pay with cash. They say it’s to cover the credit card fee they pay but that’s baked into the price of the service. It’s just an extra fee. We took my wife’s car there because AC unit was not cooling. They charged us over $500 to perform a diagnostic service, repair a leak and add coolant. About a week later, my wife started noticing the AC as starting to blow warm air just like before. I used to take my car in to Toyota for general servicing until one time I couldn’t get an appointment and decided to try this place out. One visit was all it took to make me decide to switch. Honest-1 does excellent work, has transparent pricing, doesn’t try to upsell, and has the friendliest staff. These wonderful people really live up to the name of their business, but they’re not only honest they’re knowledgeable, professional, and full of integrity.
