A bit of a hidden gem, I would t have found it if I didn't see it on here but glad I did. They have some excellent coffee drinks with interesting flavors and a small but tasty pastry selection and great service. Walking over from the Antlers you can stay inside and just walk past the gift shop and Ducas. Definitely prefer this over the Starbucks on the other side.
When staying at the Antler's Hotel, you have two choices for your morning coffee: Starbucks and Humble Coffee. Both are accessible without having to leave the hotel. While Starbucks is the classic standby (I went there myself one morning), I urge you to try Humble Coffee. The space is airy, bright, roomy and absolutely beautiful. An absolutely amazing experience. Aimee is THE BOMB. She makes all of her drinks perfectly and is so chipper and sweet. A fantastic way to start the day off right. She has boundless patience and is a legend when it comes to surprise drinks. She always crushes it ♡
Stayed at the Antlers Hotel in downtown Colorado Springs. I love supporting small businesses and especially local coffee roasters. Excellent coffee and I really enjoyed the black and tan americano. I even bought some coffee beans to take home with me. Highly recommend
Nice spot to work for a bit and enjoy excellent coffee. My favorite coffee in the Springs and this new location is very convenient for me. Also, Humble always has the coolest team. I stay impressed. Ending on the fact there is a STANDING DESK which I adore.
