This business is absolutely perfect at not providing customer care..half a star is too much.. I wouldn't order a glass of water from these guys. I told my order would arrive between 1and 2 pm? Then when we called to see what the delay We were told that the orders usually go between 24 told hours? And the truck broke down... And our concerns for the workers and builders that had to be paid after being arranged to be here for the delivery were the even less impressive. Great place for rebar, stirrups, bar ties etc. Great hardworking people who will help you with your concrete accessories, stone and masonry products. They deliver. Give Jorge a call . I recommend I-10 Building Materials. I’ll be back!
Horrible. I would avoid at all possible costs. We bought our home from the builder 1 year post completion. The craftsmanship was fine but 3 years later, I-10 builders placed a lien on our home over a $400 dispute with the builder from 4 years prior. Now I cannot refinance until this mess is straightened out..not cool at all!!!
Was put on hold for a very long time didnt even get to order just took my business else where
