Came in with battery under warranty. Told that it had 11 volts but that it needed to be dead before they would replace it. They would rather me be stranded then replace under warranty. Had 3 locations tell me battery was bad after being tested. I'll never buy an interstate product after this experience. Was just wanting to get me out the door because they were about to close.
The supposeably new battery didnt last a year. Was so dead wouldnt even charge a bit when getting a jump. Never again this place. O'Reilly 100 cheaper and guaranteed last 3 times longer.
Call it to get AGM battery for our Phoenix summers, but they didn’t have any in stock. They sold me a used battery they said has an average lifespan of two years. Six months later it will it would not start the truck. Took it back and there’s nothing they can do. Warranty was for three months only. Better off going to AutoZone getting a new battery with a real warranty.
