Thank you to the young man who was willing to go the extra mile and test the battery I had just purchased and returned because it was dead. He confirmed it was indeed dead. However, I received no apology for the inconvenience this caused me. I will no longer be a customer. Customer service is truly lacking.
Don’t waste your time or money here. Went in to get a new battery for my kei truck. The guy took one look at the battery and, without even looking anything up, shot me a $295 price. I laughed and walked out. I went directly to Autozone and got the battery I needed for 70 bucks. This place is a joke.
Great bunch of people, great service. Been getting my batteries here for a long time. And I learn something new every time I stop in. They will treat you right.
