I could have hear nothing using my iPhone ear speaker. They said it is really simple fix. I didn’t imagine it will take 10 minutes to fix and more than that, they didn’t charge me! That is the best and honest business I have ever had to deal with! If you have any issue, use their service! You know they will do what is needed only with no extra charges for nothing. Super happy with them!
The I-Station store is always good. Friendly staff, clean store, and so on. Few days ago, was especially notable. I broke my Iphone screen. trust me, this guy knows customer service, he came back to me no time to let me know they have the screen for on their stock gave me the best price I could find, Friendly, courteous, helpful and super fast!!! Update: the butterflies on my case broke itself within a week, my sisters screen protector broke without her even dropping the phone. This is NOT what i paid $45 for.
don’t buy the products from herre. me and my sister bought cases from herre and not even a week later my sisters case broke and my screen protector broke from nothing. plus their “exchange” policy is trash and very unhelpful, almost feels like a scam given that me my sister spend over $80 that day and she should wouldn’t actually exchange our products. also given all the other negative reviews about this place i hope this stand gets shut down.
five stars for Lacey! She was so nice, so sweet and patient. Very easy and fun to talk to love her!
