The experience starts at the front desk. Always a good morning or a hello. It continues in the chair. I always feel that whomever is taking care of me is professional and kind. If I have a special concern that day and I did (mouth guard not fitting properly), I know it will be be taken care of correctly. I never feel the gals are rushing to get to the next patient.............that truly matters to me.
