Hats off to Mr Colter Martin called and within the hour he was at our home where it was 94 degrees inside and reviewed and provided options to us and with 3 hours we got a new unit and house was starting to be cool again on this hot AZ weather. As well we all know, when quoting out for any repair work (especially HVAC) it’s hard to know if you’re being taken advantage of or not. After quite a few bad experiences with multiple other companies, I feel that I have finally found a company worth trusting. Called on a Sunday evening at 5:30 pm and had someone out by 6 pm. Could not have been more pleased with our experience with this company and so glad we found them. The owner himself came out at 7pm to look at our unit. He was able to diagnose what was wrong and gave us options that were realistic and feasible. Of the many AC companies we have used, I felt Martin Air was the most genuine, personable, and honest. They will be our go-to from now on.
Great Communication and quick response. Colter was great at listening and explaining the issue and how to repair. The techs who came out were very nice and respectful and They kept me posted on the progress. Office manager responded quickly to texts with questions and got me scheduled right away. Great service and happy to have cold AC again !!
They installed my new AC. I was under a labor and workmanship warranty when the unit started having issues. They came out a couple times to look at it and couldn’t figure out the problem. Then they decided to bill me for coming out to my house even though I was under warranty and they never fixed anything. I clearly communicated to them that I wasn’t under any obligation to pay since I was under warranty and it was in a contract.
