Tom Nolen was great! Our problem was with our bathroom commodes. First thing Tom did was check out everything to determine what our problem(s) was and what he needed to do to fix it. He made sure he had the proper equipment, then proceeded to promptly take care of what had to be done. Tom worked quickly and efficiently, and got everything working again as it should be! Called & set appointment for late afternoon /early morning next day. Service person called and said he could be here by 3:30, (GREAT!). he was polite & respectful, listened to what I had to say, looked at problem and was very good at fixing it. Cleaned up behind himself, then checked all work to make sure there was no problem. This is the second time I've used Miley services with no problem. Will recommend them to friends. THX!
