Exceptional agency !! My agent Angel Martin always replies to my calls or emails within 1 minute. She got me better coverage at a lower price. I have a small claim in process and Angel, her team Tina and Kortney have moved quickly to get it assigned. My Adjustor Brooklynn has already processed it and ready to pay. I just moved all my insurance to 'Angel Martin" at Farm bureau. She saved me over $1,500 per year in cost. I wish I would have found her years ago. She is a very professional, knowledgeable and kind person. I am very glad I found her and Farm Bureau.
Any company can put up a website with some entry fields and it will spit out a quote for you, but Farm Bureau still focuses on total customer service, making me feel valued and not like a number on a spreadsheet. I trust that their agents truly want what's best for me. The one agent, Caleb Smith, is second to none. He has given me so much time, attention, and understanding. I can't recommend them enough.
