I recently had a hybrid water heater installed by NC Water Heaters, and their team, consisting of Jason, Luis, Jimmy, and Brandon, who did an outstanding job. Great quick service. I sent off for a quote this morning, they got me one super fast, I approved it and they installed in less than 3 hours after I approved the quote. This was for a non emergency, I can only imagine how fast they are when it is an emergency. Jonathan did a great job after the install walking me through everything I needed to know for my new water heater.
Absolutely amazing! I used this company to remove an old water tank and install a tankless system. Brandon and Ryan were fantastic, they left the place cleaner than they found it, advised me for next actions to take. I will absolutely use this company again and would recommend it for anyone.
Jason with NC WaterHeaters replaced the water main for my home in Raleigh. What I appreciated most was that he treated me, my home, my property, my landscaping - even my dogs! with care and respect every time he was here. NC Water Heaters are THE BEST! Water heater went out on the worst possible day and couldn’t get in with power company for almost a week. Dave replied to my request almost immediately, sent me quotes first thing in am, and the amazing Brandon and Jason duo were at my door that afternoon!
