Very helpful Parts and Service department over the phone. They ended up not having a part we needed when we stopped by in person, but suggested we check at Fleet Farm. They had nice early opening hours.
I have a snow removal business and have spent a lot of money with this business. I recently broke a part off of my salter, when I called in to order the replacement part one of the employees in the background made a comment in the back basically calling me stupid. I am assuming he didn't think I could hear him. I then explained to him what PLASTIC piece broke on my salter and gave him the manufacturer and model number of the unit and he didn't have the slightest clue what I was talking about and they are a dealer for the pro... read more
