All my interactions with Pedego Upland have been great. Suzy provided excellent support when I purchased my bike about a year ago. Since then Jerry has provided excellent maintenance support for the bike. They are always there for me when I need them and they make sure that if I need a maintained service or I have a flat I get my bike back very quickly so I can continue riding. If you plan on purchasing a bike I recommend you check them out.

RecommendedPedego Electric Bikes Upland has the absolute best customer service we've experienced anywhere. Each time we walk in the door, Jerry and Susie greet us with a smile and go above and beyond to help us with whatever we need. Our first time in their shop, Jerry showed my sister and I how to load and tie down our ebikes. He even lent us some straps to make sure they wouldn't budge. We were on the road and on our next adventure in no time.
Jerry and Susie are the best Just finished the pedego safety training Everything was fantastic. I would recommend that you take this free course. It really helps your confidence and your knowledge of your bike.
