Great shop to buy you ebike. The warrantee is the best in the industry. The service is spot on. The manager Jody even came in on his day off to help with an issue I had with my bike lock. I highly recommend this shop!!
We rented bikes today and took a BEAUTIFUL ride along the Santa Anna River Trail. Before leaving Jodi fitted us with perfect electric bikes and provided a quick demonstration on how to operate them. Jodi was pleasant, well informed of how the bikes operated and gave us some great tips for the ride. Excellent service and answered all our questions. We will be back to check this shop out next time we visit California. Finished the day with smiles on our faces and a sense of fullfillment after 4 hours of geat fun!
Great service. Very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable of their E-Bikes. The store has a lot of different bikes to choose from. Great product & warranty. I highly recommend them.
My husband and I rented ebikes on a Saturday afternoon and rode around the neighborhood of the location for an hour. It was quick but we had fun! Great staff!! They were super accommodating. They helped me pick the right size and helped us with directions in the area. I have now added the ebike I rented to my christmas wishlist lol.
I took my bike in for its annual tune up to Pedego Yorba Linda. Jodi had great customer service and welcomed me into the store like we had been friends for years. I left my bike overnight and he did a thorough tune up, replaced a couple of parts and shined up my bike like it was new again. I’m really pleased with the service and I will be supporting this Pedego store from now on and I will tell all my friends to do the same. 😄👍🚴♀️❤️
