We used Platinum Event Rentals for our recent wedding and couldn't be happier with their services. Sydney and Cristin assisted us with our order and they were both friendly, helpful, and responsive. Delivery, setup, and breakdown on the day of the event went smoothly and quickly. I would definitely use Platinum Event Rentals again for events in the future!
Quality, efficiency, and a fair price. Don't go anywhere else for your event rentals, and particularly for weddings. We had a very specific and detailed table layout for our wedding, Platinum was able to deliver on all of it. I must have asked Sydney for two dozen order revisions, and she gave me good customer service two dozen times.
Cristin was hands-down the BEST vendor to work with. She always replied promptly and thoroughly, and answered all of my questions from linens to numbers to delivery. On the day of our wedding, the set up and delivery team quickly set up the tables and chairs according to my diagram, and I was astounded by how even the rows are (simple task, but perfectly executed). Would ABSOLUTELY use Platinum Event Rentals again with Cristin.
The goblets MADE our table settings! High quality and so beautiful! We worked with Raquel who made the process so easy. She was so flexible on our number changes and great to work with. My husband and I were so glad we got these!
We had an amazing experience with Platinum Event Rentals! We rented several things from their company for our wedding and we were pleased with all of them. Additionally, the customer service was incredible. They were easy to work with, joyful, and very communicative. If you are looking to rent items for an event, I would strongly recommend renting from here!
