EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! We needed a repair on an inoperative hurricane shutter at our condo. Justin set the appointment right away and showed up on time with a Can Do attitude! He made the repair very quickly and gave me some advice for smoother operation in the future. But the best part - he did not charge me!!! Whaaat? This guy was the definition of customer service! Highly recommend Port CIty! The Best!
