In the summer of 2023 I had physical therapy with Dr. Emily Smith prior to my ankle surgery, as well as after. During this time she helped me regain full mobility and allowed me to get back to my regular activities of daily living, and to participating in different athletic events. While at ProActive you can tell that the staff and doctors truly care about your overall wellbeing and want to help you get better!

Unfortunately, I've had to go to PT many times over the years. Thankfully I'm blessed to be able to go to Proactive Therapy. I have the absolute best physical therapist there and all the staff are personable. Always kind. Always helpful.

I have for several months had trouble with my neck, arms and hands. I've been going to proactive for a few weeks now and I am having a lot less pain able to move my arms and hands with no pain. They have showed me some excersises to do at home. The staff here have all been helpful and very professional. I will be calling them if ever I need help or advice. This is not the first time I've been to proactive and each time they have helped me alot. Thanks

Great staff always working to get you back to 100%. Unfortunately for us we have had several members of our family go here and they have always been amazing at getting us fixed up.
