Will not be using Quality First Granite again. The reason for the low review is the overall lack of communication and attention to detail. They told me any overhang over 12 inches requires support and the overhang on my island ended up being 13 inches. I had to call after the quote was given to ensure they were installing the brackets and they told me they accidentally left them off but they would install them. Romany came over at the request of our contractor to help us make a custom countertops for our kitchen and bathroom!! I was quoted 5 to 7 business days and they made it happen on half the time. It is gorgeous and blends so well with what we are doing. The two who came to install them did an amazing job also!!! Very courteous and professional. Thank you so much!!
Quality first went above and beyond on my countertop install! Their professionalism and process was top notch. This alone is great, but it doesn’t stop there. I was due a credit from them and they were extremely persistent in getting me my money back. Even a month after I had forgotten about the money they still were following up. Integrity is everything!
