Will not be using Quality First Granite again. The reason for the low review is the overall lack of communication and attention to detail. They told me any overhang over 12 inches requires support and the overhang on my island ended up being 13 inches. I had to call after the quote was given to ensure they were installing the brackets and they told me they accidentally left them off but they would install them. If you’re unsure which granite company to give your hard earned money too… you found it! Quality first countertops is it! I’ve fabricated granite for 10 years in Texas and i was impressed at the quality and workmanship of this crew. Would highly recommend working with this company!
We went to Quality First Granite Countertops needing a new shower and vanity countertop. They said they could definitely do what we needed but they had never done shower walls before. We also wanted shelves in the shower. They did exactly what we wanted and it all turned out beautiful. They ordered all the tools they didn’t have to do this job just because we wanted it. I have had the opportunity to work with Quality First for several home renovation projects. Each time they have been thorough, efficient and easy to communicate with. I asked for a custom template on a backsplash. They were able to design and perfect exactly what I wanted and communicated well throughout the process.
