We can not even begin to give enough accolades to Matt at Red Umbrella roofing. We are selling our home and the inspection found a small leak in the roof. We were on a tight time frame to get it fixed before our contract ran out. Matt was amazing! He sent Sebastian, who was great as well, within 15 minutes of our call. Red Umbrella responded to my call for an inspection after a large hail storm we had. They responded quickly and performed the inspection and verified the damage. I filed a claim with my insurance company and Red Umbrella was sure to be present during the review and inspection by the insurance company inspector. They made sure that all damage was seen and reviewed by the inspector. I can’t say enough good about Red Umbrella Roofing. We had a tree fall on our roof and they were so helpful in talking to our insurance, coming to our home and putting not just once but 3 times to tarp areas that needed it. They are top notch in customer service and in quality of product. We love our new roof!
I contacted Red Umbrella Roofing for a roof replacement and my appointment was scheduled in a matter of days. Not only were they speedy to get my roof job completed, they were extremely responsive. The crew cleaned up everything at the end of the day.
