They Make Things Right! Reliable Residential Roofing put a new foof on our house two years ago. We have a lot of gables and the roof is very steep which made it a more difficult roof to do. For the most part the roofing was initially 99% done well. We did have a leak in one area that caused some ceiling drywall damage. Reliable fixed the leak and sent out a contractor to replace the damaged drywall and repaint which Reliable Residential Roofing paid for. Reliable only to a point Reliable did a good job replacing our gutters. Their contractor did a nice job and did it right. Another one of Reliable's contractors replaced some rotting facia and soffit, and this is where we encountered problems. We were billed for $100 worth of work that was not done, and had to get the main guy out to prove it before they would correct the invoice. A section of soffit was left unattached and falling down; twice we were told someone would be out to fix it and no one ever showed up. It took over... read more
