We couldn't be more pleased with the work done by RTC on our new Pergola. The craftsmanship was exceptional and the entire staff could not have made the process any more enjoyable. Communications was some of the best I've encountered when working with a contractor at a very fair price. I highly recommend them for your next home improvement.

We highly recommend RTC RESTORATIONS in Wilmington. They designed and built our screened-in porch. It turned out beautifully and we love it. We had a great experience with RTC Restorations! They demoed our old deck and replaced it with a two tier composite deck. Oscar was easy to work with and meticulous in helping us plan out exactly what we wanted within our price range. Karina in the office was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Oscar, Omar, Christian and the whole crew at RTC Restorations did a great job on my deck project. They replaced over 900 sq ft of 20+ year old wooden deck and rails with composite deck and rails. What was and painting and maintenance issue is now beautiful and easy to maintain. They were responsive and easy to work with. They were on time and worked diligently to get my project done. Thanks to the whole crew!

See before and after photos attached! RTC Restorations delivered a high end product at a fair price. Our project was complex and they did an amazing job of helping us adapt to changes along the way, always in a fair and communicative fashion. RTC did a great job paying attention to the details to make the project special. Would use them again without a doubt, and would recommend this company to all in search of deck, patio, porch and pergola work no matter how complex!
