Definitely don’t recommend. Gave them a shot since it’s conveniently close to home. Brought my dog in Wednesday afternoon and on Thursday afternoon I found that he had large cotton balls wedged in his ears! When I called to let them know and see what their standard is it was just “sorry about that”. Not even a plan to talk to the groomer and make sure it doesn’t happen again, is there anything we can do to help, etc. Nope! Just a sorry. Sorry customer service gets sorry reviews.
We have had the Unlimited membership for a few months now as my dog has allergies, yeast problems and sensitive skin so he gets pretty stinky and gets irritated skin. I am so thankful for scenthound! He finally doesn't get bad bumps after his baths and his ears have been so good since taking him. Everyone there is so sweet and they love taking care of my Duke! I cannot recommend them enough!!
convenient location. the staff are personable and communication is great. the membership programs are great and the grooming services are reasonably priced. I love having a standing reservation, again membership programs are great, worth the price if you can commit to the hygiene of your pet. the shampoo scents smell good, we mix it up a little. our puppy is always nervous about going, but looks amazing when she comes out.
I’ve taken both of my pups here and it’s been a great and easy experience for both. One of our dogs is a Bernese Mountain Dog so she has LOTS of hair and this is the best groom I think she’s ever received. The staff was super friendly too - definitely recommend!
People here are amazing. They love all the pets that come in. I feel comfortable with the crew here at the St. John’s location they are attentive and always friendly. The service provided has been top notch. There was only one time my baby came out looking like a fox 🦊 versus a schnauzer. I did think the cut was cute but not what I had expected. Anyhow, everything else has been great. Thank you 🙏🏽 for all you guys do at scenthound. You are the best !!!
