Definitely don’t recommend. Gave them a shot since it’s conveniently close to home. Brought my dog in Wednesday afternoon and on Thursday afternoon I found that he had large cotton balls wedged in his ears! When I called to let them know and see what their standard is it was just “sorry about that”. Not even a plan to talk to the groomer and make sure it doesn’t happen again, is there anything we can do to help, etc. Nope! Just a sorry. Sorry customer service gets sorry reviews.
I have a difficult dog and Scenthound’s talented team was able to get grooming done that others could not. Look forward to the next visit. Very professional and caring for my dog!!
Max’s monthly visit!!! We did de shedding treatment this time! Absolutely great! His hair is so fluffy! Thank you Scenthound for leaving him beautiful and perfect! We love this place!!!!! Side note: in his last visit nails were left too long (he is so picky with his paws, so it must be challenging to cut them), and I brought this up so they could try to get them shorter this time. We have had the Unlimited membership for a few months now as my dog has allergies, yeast problems and sensitive skin so he gets pretty stinky and gets irritated skin. I am so thankful for scenthound! He finally doesn't get bad bumps after his baths and his ears have been so good since taking him. Everyone there is so sweet and they love taking care of my Duke! I cannot recommend them enough!!
Good for the price, but the clean scent did not last for more than a day. The bath and paw trim took less than an hour, which is very nice when on a time crunch. They were professional and had a doggie report card for all aspects of my dogs health, which was nice to see what I need to be more aware of such as glands or nail trimming. The staff treated my dog very good as well and were transparent about the process and pricing.
