This past Saturday I came to the store unit and they had closed off the Entrance after talking with management Warren opened up the panel so that I could load up my truck to sell it to swap meet the next day and then waited for me on Sunday to come back to open it up again so I could put my product back in my storage unit.... He did above and beyond To accommodate me......great service
The team at ServPro has made an awful situation so painless and seamless. Every single person has been absolutely wonderful but especially Bernadette (whatever you're paying her, it isn't enough she's amazing) , June, Lenny, Ericka, Candy, and Firas.
We had a huge water incident at our facility. Bernadette, Garrett, Lenny and their team were the solution to our problems. They were very friendly, professional and great to work with. They were experienced, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. ServPro arrived the day after the incident and have turned what could've been a 2-3 month job into a 3 week job. I wholeheartedly recommend them and will work with them again if any other unfortunate situations arise in the future. Thank you again for saving us!
