What a GREAT audio shop! Extremely knowledgeable employees. My salesperson, Chad was friendly, helpful, and very technically adept. He educated me on the correct products for my car…but more importantly, supported me after the sale. I did the install myself and got stuck on a few things. Chad was patient and generous with his time. As a former business owner, I can say this is how you build a “customer for life”. I’ve already sent friends to Slagin and I’ll be returning as well!
Honestly I was skeptical about getting any type of audio upgrades done to my vehicle because of the experiences I’ve had at some stores. I had no clue about sound systems. When I walked through Slangin’ I was impressed by the polite and informative sales associates. They helped me understand what each component of upgrading my trucks audio system does. My wife and I had been toying around with the idea of upgrading our boat's sound system and we met with Jesse to get an idea of what the options would look like and whether or not it would be worth it. Jesse was super knowledgable and super helpful in finding the right equipment that fit our budget and got us exactly what we were looking for. Worked with Jonathan and finding a new radio system for our truck. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. We had some particular settings that we wanted visible on the new radio. Jonathan took time to research and even showed us another coworkers vehicle that had the radio and how the settings would display. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend!!
