Clerk was obviously high and robbed me of my cash. Saying I stole a torch and told him to check camera ,he wouldn't do it. And kept the torch I paid money for. Do NOT GO HERE!!! A BUNCH OF SHADY BAD BUSNIESS PEOPLE!!....

Loved this place for a long time. Really hate to give it a low score but now I can't ignore it anymore. I go in 2-6x a week! Know the majority of the guys behind the counter, they usually are awesome. But the last 3-4x I have come in have been definitely subpar. The clerks haven't had a idea of what they are selling, or skilled in sales. I have purchased red swearler beads, they have cracked, 2 have blown in half apart! I was brought to this location by map while searching for a business. A young man came outside and shouted at me, insinuating that I was going to loiter or take up "his" parking lot with my car. (Something I'm still not too sure of). The lot was empty, but the vehicle I was driving at said time. I asked about the location I was looking for, and he wasn't too kind to help. I came in yesterday and Jessy got me set up right! glass banger matches my piece at home perfectly, too. he helped me understand what I was purchasing and was incredibly patient with me. thank you!! ☆ they've got everything imaginable inside.

I like this shop. They always take care of me. Always good to see small shops pay attention to the customer.
