Our outstanding installation technician was Jonathon. He was not only an expert installer but extremely friendly and courteous. After the installation he went over all the details on the many advanced features of our opener. He also guided us thru the set-up and synching of all our remotes. I would gladly recommend Jonathon and Wayne Overhead Door Sales. They quickly scheduled my installation and brought several different models for me to choose from. I give them a 5-star rating!

Friday of the Fourth of July weekend, our car and garage door had a misunderstanding. On the fourth attempt to get emergency service, Wayne Overhead gave us a positive response, and within ten minutes we received a callback from Elijah. He was here within 10 minutes. We can't give Elijah enough stars! Not only did he fix our garage door, but gave everything a thorough check and lube, tested function, and finished by leaving the job clean. I have used Wayne Overheard Door Sales several times and have found them to be courteous and responsive. They recently performed a same day garage door spring replacement and the technician was very friendly, informative, and efficient.

They were on time to review and measure my existing garage door and then to provide a written cost estimate for replacing my garage door. On the day of the install the installer was on time and explained what he would be doing and what the end result would look like. After the install was completed he explained the new features of the door. The installer left the garage as clean as it was before he came to the house.
