We moved to Worthington in 2002 and Worthington Jewelers has always been our jeweler. Among our many purchases, I purchased my wife's 10th anniversary gift there and 14 years later we just purchased our daughters graduation gift and 18th birthday gift. I am so delighted with my experience at Worthington Jewelers! I had a wedding / engagement ring combo that needed resized and prongs strengthened, as well as rhodium plated to give it a refreshed look. Kathryn was absolutely amazing helping me through the process and it did not take long at all. The store is beautiful. They are taking great precautions to keep customers safe during the COVID epidemic and lastly, parking was easy to locate close to the building. My husband (Kevin) and I have been blessed with the best customer service that we've ever received ANYWHERE...let alone by a jeweler!Mz Theresa went waaay above and beyond to find exactly what piece I wanted to honor my 7 month old grandson whom I had just lost. I would refer their services anytime and anywhere to whomever was in the need of a jeweler be it to find that one of a kind piece or to have some repair work done on a existing piece. Thank you Worthington Jewelers! I had a gift certificate received back in August with expiration date of 12/31/19. Forgot all about it and found it after the holidays. Stopped in today, January 7, and was still honored; purchased a lovely set of earrings after looking at many pieces of jewelry. Thanks again and will be back!

Simply a great experience! Great Atmosphere, very friendly, helpful, courteous, and moreover, informed staff!! I am extremely happy with the custom ring that I got from Worthington Jewelers. I had a few bumps along the way but Theresa and Kathryn made sure that I the ring that I ended up with was perfect. I can’t thank them enough for their patience throughout the process. It was an emotional and sentimental process for me that they understood and supported me through it.
